This policy applies to all services provided by PrimeLine, including but not limited to advertising campaign setup, monthly management, lead generation services, social media management, website management and consulting services.

Nature of Services

We provide performance based and time based services that require strategic planning, labor, platform configuration and ongoing management. Due to the nature of these services, work begins immediately upon onboarding or campaign launch.

Non-Refundable Payments

All payments made to us are non-refundable once services have commenced. This includes setup fees, monthly management fees, consulting fees and any other service related charges.

Setup and Onboarding Fees

Setup fees cover strategy development, account configuration, tracking implementation and campaign preparation. These fees are non-refundable once the setup process has begun, regardless of campaign performance.

Monthly Management Fees

Monthly management fees are charged for time, expertise, and ongoing optimization. Once a billing cycle has started, these fees are non-refundable, even if services are paused or discontinued during the month.

Advertising Spend

Advertising spend is paid directly to third-party platforms such as Google, Meta or TikTok. We does not control these funds and cannot issue refunds for advertising spend under any circumstances.

Performance Disclaimer

We does not guarantee specific results, lead volume, revenue or return on investment. Campaign performance may vary based on market conditions, competition, platform policies and client cooperation. Performance outcomes do not qualify for refunds.

Billing Errors

Refunds may be considered only in cases of verified billing errors or duplicate charges made by us. Any such requests must be reviewed and approved internally before action is taken.

Refund Request Process

All refund requests must be submitted in writing within fourteen (14) days of the billing date. Requests submitted after this period may not be considered.

Service Cancellations

Clients may cancel services by providing written notice. Services will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which no additional management fees will be charged. Past payments remain non-refundable.

Outstanding Balances

Any outstanding fees incurred prior to cancellation must be paid in full. PrimeLine reserves the right to suspend services if payment obligations are not met.

Policy Modifications

We reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
